The opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to strengthen our team and support our continued growth: This role goes beyond order processing. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience, coordinating internally with logistics and operations, and helping us improve the way we work.
If you enjoy working in an international environment, solving problems and making a visible impact, we’d like to hear from you. On any given day, that means:
- Taking care of incoming orders , entering them, scheduling them, making sure things move
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries
- Being the person customers can reach when something’s unclear or just needs a human answer
- Communicate proactively regarding order status, delivery updates and customer requests
- Handling complaints and returns calmly and constructively, it counts how you handle it
- Coordinating with logistics and production to keep orders on track
- Spotting repetitive tasks and raising your hand when you think something could be automated or simplified, we’re actively building more efficient ways of working and we want you involved in that or ? Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify or automate routine processes
The last point might sound small, but it’s actually important to us. We’re not looking for someone to just execute, we want someone who pays attention and speaks up.

Experience & Skills:
- Experience in customer service, order management, inside sales or a similar commercial role
- Comfortable working with ERP systems or able to learn new systems quickly
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are an advantage
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of customer relationships
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
